We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects, and in case of damage during transport, the transport company must be notified, and the transport company will then contact us.
For replacement or return of merchandise!
Complaints must be made no later than the day after delivery, or within 24 hours of receipt (as most products are fresh), so please check the merchandise immediately upon receipt!
After this period, we will not accept complaints.

To make a return, please present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or unreceived refund (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request a refund for full-priced items. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for sale items.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only exchange products that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to supermart.dev@gmail.com and send your product to: Nishijo cho 1055-7, Suzuka shi, 23, 513-0808, Japan.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the same value as the purchase. You will receive the gift certificate by mail once we receive the returned product.
If the product wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who gave it to you sent the product to themselves to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested the return.
Freight
To return the product, you must send it to: Nishijo cho 1055-7, Suzuka shi, 23, 513-0808, Japan.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are shipping a product worth over ¥10,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
