ABOUT DELIVERY
From Monday to Saturday : Orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered the next business day by Yamato carrier. For Hokkaido and Okinawa , the delivery time is 2 business days .
On Sundays : Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
Delivery may be delayed due to natural factors (typhoon, etc.). Periods preceding long weekends may also experience delays.
There will be a fee of ¥ 300 if there is a refrigerator or freezer item.
There will be a ¥ 300 fee for payment at the door (DAIBIKI OU COLLECT system).
To keep shipping costs down, we pack shelf-stable, refrigerator, and freezer-safe items in the same box. If you prefer items to be shipped separately, please indicate this in the comments section; the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
If any product arrives damaged during transport, call YAMATO at 0570 200 000 to report the issue and request a replacement; this is the quickest way to resolve the problem.
A shipping fee will be charged for each 15kg box, with the cost varying according to the region.
